How to become a vendor!
This is an upscale juried market, which means that we hand pick vendors based on their setup, products, display, descriptions. We will look closely at vendors who take the time to take amazing photos, have an inviting and great setup who fit our market vibe.

Spaces
This is an indoor and outdoor market. Rain or Shine.
Inside - Our indoor spaces are around 100 square feet, some spaces may be bigger. We will do our absolute best to accommodate you if you need more or less. Each indoor space will be $125.00 (approx 100 sq ft)
Outside Mobile Spaces - We have plenty of room to take mobile vendors such as boutiques, food trucks, etc.
Mobile space pricing will start at $145.00, but will depend on the size of your mobile. (on your application we will need the length and width of your mobile and this must include any ramp that will be down during the market)
Once we have chose our outside mobile vendors you will be contacted with your space price and invoiced.
Outside Tent Spaces - We also have room for outside tent spaces. The approx size will be one parking lot space and are $55.
* No Refunds will be given for deposits or fees *
Each selected vendor will be sent an invoice and it must be paid within 10 days of invoice sent to secure your space. Spaces are not secured until your payment has been made and received.
Set Up
Vendors may begin setting up their space on Friday of the market at 10am. All spaces should be set up and ready to be open by 4:30pm on the Friday of the market. The doors for shopping will open promptly at 5pm Friday evening and at 10am on Saturday.
* PPM has the right to ask you to remove items that were not written in the description on your application. We will try hard not to overlap products/vendors.
* Please do not display or bring items that are not tasteful, dangerous, harmful, illegal or in violation of any trademark.
* Vendors inside and outside are responsible for their spaces, items, display, etc for security at all times. PPM will not provide security.
* Please do not tear down before Friday at 9pm or Saturday at 4pm. Please be courteous to shoppers and stay open during market hours. (Friday 5pm to 9pm and Saturday 10-4pm) If this were to be an issue this could forfeit you returning to the market in the future.
* Space Clean Up - Please leave your space clean and free of trash and items as you received it.
Acceptance
We would love to accept everyone who applies, however we just can't due to space. We will strive to choose the very best vendors based on our vibe and your display, products and overall fit to the market.
